Script or web-application for listing Twitter usernames by group of e-mail

The CEO of our company has over 3,000 LinkedIn contacts which I've
exported. I have the e-mail addresses and names of each contact.
What he wants me to do is cross check his LinkedIn contacts with his
Twitter followers, and wants me to safelist the people with Twitter
accounts so that they don't get unfollowed on Twitter. Manually doing this
would be an extremely daunting task..
Is there an easy way to extract a list of Twitter usernames based on the
email addresses I have, without having to manually check each person? I
just want it to list the usernames, then I'm going to use our Twitter
following tool to safelist the users.. Thanks!
